I have helped scale Deliveroo Editions from 50 to 200+ restaurants, grew Heura UK revenue 5x with a leaner team, co-founded a foodservice SaaS product, and now run Santa Catarina Collection, an 8-property short-term rental business in Lisbon grown to £500k+ ARR with 2 FTE.
